Right now I'm listing some links to sites that interest me. I hope to some day in the future raise chickens and a pig or two, maybe a goat or a cow, maybe rabbits. And a donkey.
Chickens - eggs, meat, feathers.
Pigs - mmmm pork. That is all. :) Oh, and lard.
Goats - goat milk, cheese, maybe meat. I must try all before committing.
Moo cows - beef, milk, maybe leather if I'm really industrious.
Rabbits - meat (lots of it, fast) and fur if I'm really industrious.
Imagine having your own supply of most of the meat you eat, that you know what's gone INTO it.
Oh, and the donkey is to protect the critters. Plus they're cute.
